What is Diacrit?
Bookmarks you can talk to.
You find something interesting on your phone — an article, a Stack Overflow answer, a GitHub issue. You want to discuss it in your terminal on your laptop. How do you get it there?
Diacrit was built to solve my own problem
I found myself saving URLs to my notes app, then back on the laptop — find the note, copy-paste it into Claude.
Diacrit is a shared queue between your phone and your terminal.
See something interesting - hit Share - select Diacrit as the target. Then later, in your terminal, run /diacrit:discuss. Claude reads the page and you can discuss it. Claude will not only cache the actual page, but will save your discussion.
Mobile QA
Sitting on the bus, I’ll kill time doing mobile/responsive testing of my website. I’d grab a screenshot, sync it to Dropbox, then share it with Claude on my laptop — that’s a lot of steps.
- Share the URL → Diacrit
- Back at your desk:
/diacrit:discuss - “That mobile bug I flagged — let’s fix it”
Content creation
The best way to make social media content is to ride an existing wave. Look for topics that are hot right now and put your own spin on them. See something in the news — hit Share → Diacrit — then back at your desk, run /diacrit:discuss and you have a starting point.
